I believe everything is relational—whether it lives within us, between us, or around us. When something is out of balance in any part of a system—personal, familial, professional, or communal—it’s felt deeply. My passion is helping people restore that balance by fostering clarity, connection, and inner harmony.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (MAMFT) and work as a Relationship + Family Coach, specializing in complex relational dynamics. I support individuals, couples, and families in relationships and through transitions like co-parenting after divorce, blending households, exploring ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and healing trauma. My approach is systemic and solution-focused, integrating tools like Brainspotting, breathwork, and somatic regulation to help shift long-standing patterns and reconnect with oneself and others.

Before coaching and therapy, I worked as a massage therapist, certified Montessori educator, and professional at an environmental nonprofit. I also hold a BA in Elementary Education and have a background in entrepreneurial ventures. Across all of these paths, one truth remains constant: people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and empowered in their relationships.
